*Please stay home if you are not feeling well and only come if you are needing an immunization and/or you are accompanying a child.

Here is what we provide:
- Immunizations and flu shots for students PreK - Grade 12
- Flu shots also available for adults
- No insurance necessary
- Masks are required and will be provided if needed
Please Bring:
- Your own pen
- Student immunization records
- Insurance card if you have it
